Tim was very responsive, flexible and friendly. He took a lot of time on our project to get it right. We have an old home (1860) so nothing is level or square. He replaced an exterior door that was not that was not a standard size door. He made the opening bigger and we now have a standard size door. He did a great job and I will definitely use him again and recommend him for any of your renovation needs.

Tim is responsive, professional, and a true perfectionist. He explained the build (a platform for a hot tub) every step of the way and laid out comprehensive plan to get it done. His prices are fair, his work ethic is tireless, and with an old farmhouse, we will be seeing a lot more of him in the future.

Tim completed extensive deck repairs for us. We appreciated his daily communication and updates throughout the project. His estimate was fair and his workmanship was exceptional. He definitely will be our first call for our next renovation.

I emailed several different individuals and companies. Tim responded within the hour when others did not. He also scheduled the time to come and begin work on the projects within that hour too! . Tim came and had a bag full of multiple parts and tools breakers , switches and wires . not knowing the full problem, he was prepared for any and all . awesome job and really what a nice guy . I will definitely keep him on my call list !

Have had Tim do some work for me a couple of times and always a pleasure to be around , does great work , works hard at what he does a real renaissance kinda guy ,always near or under his estimates never over and always gives you more then one way to do things makes sure you are happy with the work and does it right the first time every time a great great pleasure to be around knowledgeable is an understatement
