Tim was very responsive, flexible and friendly. He took a lot of time on our project to get it right. We have an old home (1860) so nothing is level or square. He replaced an exterior door that was not that was not a standard size door. He made the opening bigger and we now have a standard size door. He did a great job and I will definitely use him again and recommend him for any of your renovation needs.
Tim Allen of Allen Property Management and Renovations is outstanding!!!! We were on a very tight time schedule and needed numerous projects done! I emailed several different individuals and companies. Tim responded within the hour when others did not. He also scheduled the time to come and begin work on the projects within that hour too! . He was so helpful that he worked us into his schedule so that all projects could be completed on time and they were! His work was perfect!!!! Tim is professional and an expert in project planning , problem solving, and masterful in his work. Tim was very reasonable in pricing of each project . I now completely rely on Allen Property Management and Renovations. I am very proud of the outcome and delighted to have found a trustworthy and professional person and group to work with in the future.
Tim came and had a bag full of multiple parts and tools breakers , switches and wires . not knowing the full problem, he was prepared for any and all . awesome job and really what a nice guy . I will definitely keep him on my call list !

Tim is responsive, professional, and a true perfectionist. He explained the build (a platform for a hot tub) every step of the way and laid out comprehensive plan to get it done. His prices are fair, his work ethic is tireless, and with an old farmhouse, we will be seeing a lot more of him in the future.
